Through six expert-led workshops, opportunities for peer learning, and personalised one-to-one coaching, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to embed sustainability into every part of your organisation.

The programme is led by experienced business professionals who have successfully run their own organisations and supported hundreds of business leaders, alongside academic experts in sustainability and enterprise.

Green Advantage has already delivered several highly successful cohorts since October 2022, with participating companies including Mars UK, Handelsbanken, National Grid, Shrewsbury Town Council, Mills & Reeve and Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, alongside many successful small businesses from across the West Midlands.
