The Shropshire Growth Hub has launched Brand Lab, a three-part programme designed to help businesses strengthen their brands.
Starting on 3rd July, the programme includes two online webinars and concludes with a workshop taking place in Shrewsbury on 17 July.
The Brand Lab series consists of three focused sessions:
Lab 1: Brand Growth – 3rd July, 11:00-12:00 (webinar)
This foundational session helps businesses strengthen their brand’s core elements – purpose, positioning and promise. Participants will learn to create a clear, differentiated brand position and identify powerful value drivers that give their brand real distinction and credibility. Attendees will complete a Brand Growth Blueprint worksheet to align their promise with clear messaging, visual cues and customer experience.
Lab 2: Brand Impact – 10th July, 11:00-12:00 (webinar)
This session helps businesses craft messaging and digital content that genuinely connects with audiences and drives action. Participants will develop resonant message pillars, brand voice guidelines and digital messaging frameworks. Each attendee will receive a Brand Impact Toolkit containing templates and message boards for immediate use.
Lab 3: Brand Activation – 17th July, 10:00-12:00 (in-person workshop, Shrewsbury)
This practical workshop focuses on storytelling and visual communication. Participants will learn to turn customer experiences into trust-building stories, create engaging visual content and tailor stories for different platforms including LinkedIn, video and email formats. The session includes peer feedback and provides participants with a story pitch sheet and visual story kit.
The workshop series is led by branding expert Warran Brindle, who helps businesses of all sizes build profitable, purpose-driven brands. His work includes household names across the UK and many local businesses in Shropshire. Warran’s approach combines clear strategy, compelling communication and practical tools that deliver real results.
