Thanks to UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) funding, these professional development courses are completely free for eligible participants across Shropshire, providing valuable qualifications and practical skills that can transform your business approach.
What’s on offer?
Sales and account management courses
Perfect your sales technique with the NQual endorsed sales success course (15 and 29 September) at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings. This two-day workshop uses consultative sales approaches and coaching techniques to help you enhance customer conversations and secure more business.
For those managing client relationships, the account management course (9 and 16 October) at Shrewsbury Chamber of Commerce will help you unlock commercial growth, strengthen client loyalty, and identify opportunities you might be missing.
Sales managers can develop their leadership skills through the sales management course (3 and 17 October), learning how to lead high-performing teams, set meaningful targets, and coach individuals effectively.
Leadership and coaching development
Build essential leadership capabilities with the NQual endorsed leadership excellence course, designed for both aspiring and current leaders. The programme focuses on self-reflection, influencing others, handling challenging conversations, and leading change effectively.
Develop practical coaching skills through the NQual endorsed effective coaching course, available on two different schedules:
- Cohort 1: 18 September, 30 September, and 21 October
- Cohort 2: 24 September, 15 October, and 5 November
This three-day interactive course builds confidence in using core coaching skills and is perfect for leaders exploring coaching as part of their development approach.
Specialist support for talking professionals
The burnout fundamentals course (22 and 23 October) is specifically designed for coaches, therapists, and other talking professionals. This two-day course will deepen your understanding of burnout signs and symptoms whilst strengthening your ability to navigate challenging conversations ethically and competently.
