It’s one of the business highlights of the year in Herefordshire – and we are delighted to be playing our part at the Herefordshire Growth Hub.
The Herefordshire Business Awards – organised by Herefordshire Means Business Ltd – bring together the best of the commercial community across the county to celebrate the organisations driving growth, innovation and opportunity.
This year the hub is sponsoring the medium to large business of the year award, but you’ll need to move pretty sharpish to beat the entry deadline.
Applications close on September 4, so if your company wants to put itself in the frame for one of the most prestigious honours around, now’s the time to get moving.

These awards shine a light on the businesses that don’t just operate in Herefordshire but actively strengthen it.
From creating skilled jobs to investing in new technologies, expanding into new markets or championing community partnerships, this category recognises organisations whose impact is felt far beyond their own walls.
We want to hear from any business that has transformed its sector, supported local people or shown exceptional leadership during a period of change. Or perhaps your organisation has achieved something worth celebrating or a milestone that deserves recognition.
This is your chance to showcase the strength of your business and the people who work in it – and show the rest of the world the amazing business community we have here in Herefordshire.
And if you’re not yet ready to enter the business of the year category, there are 16 other awards up for grabs, providing an opportunity for businesses of all sizes and sectors to be recognised for being brilliant at what they do.
The winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony at Lyde Court in Hereford on October 16, this year hosted by ITV news presenter Matt Teale.
