SEND and Neurodiversity Awareness for Enterprise Advisers and Businesses

SEND and Neurodiversity Awareness for Enterprise Advisers and Businesses

Intro to SEND, neurodiversity & anxiety; volunteering at school careers events and meeting the needs of all learners; lived experience panel to explore young peoples’ perspective on employer engagement (if attendance allows).

This in-person awareness event, hosted by Marches Careers Hub, introduces participants from the business community to what we mean by SEND, neurodiversity, and anxiety-related conditions. It aims to deepen understanding of how young people with diverse needs are supported in education and how these needs may affect their experiences with business volunteers and employers visiting their school or college. The session will feature insights from individuals with lived experience, potentially through a panel of ‘experts by experience’, subject to availability.

There is no general parking at the venue. We are able to make arrangements to park on site for any participants who require a disabled parking space.

Broad Street car park is the nearest public car park.
