NQual Endorsed Effective Coaching (3 days)

The aim of this course is to build confidence and capability in using core coaching skills.

This interactive course uses engaging discussion, reflection and thought provoking activities and experiences to help the delegate focus on practical coaching techniques, self-awareness and relationship building skills.

The course allows understanding of how coaching works in real-world and organisational contexts and it lays a strong foundation for effective coaching across all different industries. Delegates will be able to engage in impactful coaching conversations following the course.

Who is it for?

This course is for anyone new to coaching who wants to develop practical skills they cause in everyday work and life.

It’s suited to leaders exploring coaching as part of their leadership approach and the development of others, those considering a future in coaching, and people interested in supporting a coaching culture within their organisation.
